‘Toys for …’ events brighten holidays

“Toys For …” golf tournaments in Calhoun and Cherokee counties Saturday raised more than 400 toys to brighten Christmas for children in their communities.
At Pine Hill, it was the seventh annual Toys for Kids blind draw scramble. At Cherokee County Country Club in Centre, it was a Toys for Tots four-person scramble. The following are the results:
