Donoho falls on late TD

Ragland pushes across winning points with less than five minutes to play; Falcons’ Steed rushes for 119 yards

After three quarters of the teams trading scores, Jagger Phillips scored on a 12-yard run with 4:48 to play sending Donoho to a 23-13 setback Friday night.
The Falcons (1-6, 0-5) never led in the game, although they were as close as 8-7 in the first quarter and 15-13 in the third.
Garrett Steed scored both Donoho touchdowns. He returned the ensuing kickoff from Ragland’s first-quarter score 85 yards and broke off a 40-yard run in the third quarter.
Steed rushed for 119 yards o 15 carries. Donoho had 149 yards net offense, while Ragland (3-5, 3-2) rushed for 274 yards as a team.
