Kendal Bumpus had 19 kills, Kinsley Gregoria had nine assists and 14 digs, and Anna Johnson had 21 assists and 12 as Alexandria won two matches against in-county opponents Monday night.
Kayleigh Steen had five aces and eight assists in the Lady Cubs’ 25-20, 25-10 win over Wellborn. Bumpus had six assists, while Mattie Wade, Gregoria and Johnson had seven digs each.
Bumpus had 13 kills and Johnson had 12 assists in their 25-10, 25-22 win over Piedmont.

The Lady Lions (16-4) moved a step closer to clinching the top seed in their area with a 25-23, 25-16, 25-11 home victory on Gold Night for Childhood Cancer.
Erin Cheek distributed 18 assists and had 10 aces for Faith. Nicole Frechette had 15 kills and 10 digs. Zana Christjohn had nine kills. Abby Kazanjian had 12 digs.
