 Introduction of Anniston, Alexandria into poll, gives Calhoun County seven teams in this week’s rankings; three teams in top 3
 
Anniston makes the poll for the first time since Sept. 12, 2012, when it was No. 7 in 4A (2-0). Alexandria gets in for first time since Oct. 17, 2017, when it was No. 6 in 5A (7-1).
 
Two top five matchups involving area teams are on tap this week: No. 1 Jasper at No. 2 Clay Central in 5A, No. 4 4A Jacksonville at No. 2 3A Piedmont.
