FORT PAYNE – Anniston continued its dominance in the Wills Valley Shootout, closing out its stay with its third victory, 64-20 over Pell City.
Asia Barclay led the Lady Bulldogs’ offense with 23 points. She also grabbed seven rebounds. Allasha Dudley scored a double-double with 12 points and 10 assists.
The Lady Bulldogs (7-2) return to action Monday in a home game with Sylacauga.
TCC Lady Tiger Christmas Tournament
HOWELL COVE – Miyah Harris hit four 3-pointers in the first quarter, six in the game and scored a game-high 29 points as Sacred Heart won its second game of the tournament, 76-55 over Jackson-Olin.
The Lady Cardinals, who hit 17 3-pointers in their opening-round loss to eventual champion Shelby County, hit 11 Saturday and had 38 in the three games. Serena Hardy had 16 points for Sacred Heart and Amiyah Buchanan added 12.
Shelby County 78, Glencoe 61: The Lady Jackets (10-4) placed three scorers in double figures but came up short in the title game.
Aubrey Gray led Glencoe with 19 points and eight rebounds. Ashley Morgan had 18 points and eight boards, and Anna Beth Giles had 15 points.
