Lady Wildcats place all three counters in top five to win Girls Kickoff Classic; Hartselle’s Heath medalist with a 66

GADSDEN – Hanna Dyar’s second-place 73 and a third-place 79 from Abby Gattis helped the White Plains girls win the Girls Kickoff Classic at Twin Bridges Golf Club.
The Lady Wildcats shot 239 as a team and were nine shots ahead of runner-up Hartselle in the tournament sanctioned by Glencoe. Baylie Webb tied for fifth overall with an 87.
Hartselle’s Jinger Heath was medalist with a 66. She also grabbed the lead after the Day A of the split Yellow Jacket Invitational at Silver Lakes earlier in the week.
