At Piedmont
–T3: Piedmont, Saks scoreless.
–B3: Jenna Calvert two-run double puts Piedmont up 2-0; Savannah Smith two-run single makes it 4-0; Armoni Perry RBI double extends Piedmont’s lead to 5-0; Jaycee Glover sac fly makes it 6-0; Emma Grace Todd infield single scores another run, 7-0; a rundown allows another run, 8-0.
–FINAL: PIEDMONT WINS 10-0, will play Wellborn-Weaver winner.
Wellorn-Weaver
–T1: Autumn Parsons’ two-run double puts Wellborn up 3-0.
–B1: Kinley Marvasty drives a run home to bring Weaver within 3-1.
–Thru 6: Wellborn leads Weaver 7-3.
–FINAL: WELLBORN WINS 7-5, will play Piedmont in winners’ bracket final Tuesday. Weaver will play Saks in an elimination game next.
Weaver-Saks
–T1: Weaver leads 2-0.
–T3: Weaver adds a run, lead 3-0.
–B3: Saks scores its first two runs today to close within 3-2.
–Two more for Weaver … 5-2.
–Thru 6: Weaver leads Saks 12-3.
–After a six-run fifth, Weaver adds four in the sixth to lead 16-3.
–FINAL: WEAVER ELIMINATES SAKS 16-3, will play the Piedmont-Wellborn loser in Tuesday’s elimination game.

At Hokes Bluff
–B1: Glencoe leads Ohatchee 1-0
–T3: Glencoe leads Ohatchee 2-1
–B5: Ohatchee trails 4-2.
–B6: Ohatchee trails 7-2.
–B7: Ohatchee trails 11-2.
–FINAL: OHATCHEE FALLS 11-2, will play Hokes Bluff-Glencoe loser Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
Class 2A, Area 9
At Pleasant Valley
–B1: Woodland leads Pleasant Valley 4-1
–T6: Woodland leads 8-5.
–T7: Woodland leads 15-6.
–FINAL: WOODLAND WINS 15-7. PV will play Ranburne in elim game to follow.
Pleasant Valley-Ranburne
–PV leads 14-1 in 2nd. Madyson Cromer has homers in back-to-back at bats, a three-run shot and a two-run shot.
–FINAL: PV ELIMINATES RANBURNE 18-3 in four innings. Haylie Lee add a home run.
