TRUSSVILLE — Jaylen Alexander hit six of eight free throws in the fourth quarter and 12 of 14 for the game to finish with 19 points, and Oxford’s boys beat Hewitt-Trussville 59-56 on Tuesday.

Oxford led 51-36 going into the fourth quarter and scored all of its fourth-quarter points from the foul line, hitting eight of 12, to hold off a Husky rally.

Marcus Perry, Jr.: 25 points (seven 3-pointers).
Jordan Kelley: 10 points (three 3-pointers).

WEAVER 60, CLEBURNE COUNTY 56: Kaden Gooden hit six 3-pointers en route to 23 points to lead Weaver’s boys to a 60-56 victory over visiting Cleburne County on Tuesday.
