BIRMINGHAM — Devin Barksdale scored 21 points, and Jacksonville’s boys beat Ramsay 56-50 at home on Saturday.

Barksdale went 6-for-9 on 3-pointers. He also had three assists and two steals.

—Aaron Nixon: 13 points (three 3-pointers), two steals.
—Jaquan Ervin: eight points, six rebounds.
—Ky’dric Fisher: eight points (two 3-pointers), two steals.

WHITE PLAINS 50, PIEDMONT 30: Carter Johnson paced White Plains with 16 points. The Wildcats’ other top performers:

—Josh Wheeler: 12 points.
—Coleman Ray: eight points (two 3-pointers).
