OXFORD — Kynlee Fulmer allowed no hits in five innings of work across two games, and Weaver beat Boaz 5-3 and Woodland 13-0 on Friday at Oxford Lake.
The Bearcats (14-6) ran their winning streak to seven games.
Fulmer worked all three innings against Woodland, striking out three batters and struck out five in two innings against Boaz.
Anna Shirvinski hit a three-run home run against Woodland and finished with two hits and five RBIs. Fulmer and Jadyn Smith each had a single and two RBIs.
McKennah Homesley and Peyton Marvasty each had a single and an RBI.
Against Boaz, Fulmer was 2-for-3 with three RBIs, and Ella Kines had a single and RBI. Alana Cooper drove in a run.
OHATCHEE TAKES TWO:The Indians beat Ragland 5-0 and Gadsden City 5-4 on Friday to improve to 23-7-1.
Breanna Martin’s RBI single in the top of the fourth inning made the difference against Gadsden City. She finished 3-for-3 with a run and two RBIs.
Alanah Fitch went 2-for-2 with two runs and an RBI, and Mackenzie Luna had a double, a run and an RBI. Brylie Myer added a single and RBI.
Makayla Brackett pitched two hitless innings with one strikeout to get the win.
Against Ragland, Fitch allowed three hits with one strikeout. Martin and Tabi Davidson homered, each with two RBIs.
OXFORD 12, CORNER 0: Ashlyn Burns homered, tripled and drove in two runs as Oxford (16-13) made it five consecutive wins.
Charleigh Trotter hit a triple and a double with two RBIs, and Kaelyn Crossley was 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBIs.
Adajiah Wilson had a double and two RBIs, and Madison Murphy had a double and an RBI.
Berkley Mooney went 2-for-2 with a double and an RBI and got the win, allowing one run with six strikeouts in three innings.
Crossley worked two hitless innings with a strikeout.
PLEASANT VALLEY 4, ARAB 4: Madyson Cromer went 2-for-2 with two doubles and two RBIs as the Raiders moved to 14-13-1 on the season.
Lilly Robinson had a single and two RBIs.
Lily Henry pitched all four innings, allowing five hits and one earned run with five strikeouts.
RANDOLPH COUNTY TAKES TWO: The Tigers beat Ashville 4-1 and DAR 9-2 to improve to 18-7-2 on the season.
Lizzie Milam had a single and two RBIs against Ashville, and the Tigers got a single and RBI apiece from Kinsley Weathers and Talee Sims.
Lexi Key got the win, working all four innings. She allowed two hits and one earned run with two strikeouts.
Against DAR, Brantlee Worthan had two doubles and three RBIs, and Sims had a double with an RBI.
Weathers singled with an RBI, and the Tigers got an RBI apiece from Ansley Pike and Hannah Parmer.
