HOKES BLUFF — Alexandria, the top seed in this weekend’s Calhoun County Tournament, swept a quad match on Monday to improve to 30-11.
The Valley Cubs beat Jacksonville 25-11, 25-9, Hokes Bluff 25-17, 25-13, 25-10 and Gaston 25-10, 25-6. Alexandria’s top performers:
—McKinley Cooper: eight kills, two digs, three aces.
—Eryn Spradley: 26 kills, four digs, one block, five aces.
—Kylie Jeffers: seven kills, one block, two digs, one ace.
—Cassidy Hartsfield: four kills, one assist, four digs, one block.
—Kaden Prichett: seven kills, three blocks.
—Landry Patterson: one assist, five digs, three aces.
—Zayley Mobbs: eight kills, five digs, five aces.
—Shelby Morris: one assist, nine digs, five aces.
—Charlee Parris: one kill, three assists, 12 digs, two aces.
—Sophie Martin: two kills, 46 assists, 11 digs, one ace.
—Caylin Adams: three kills, one assist, one dig, three aces.

JACKSONVILLE: Also playing at Hokes Bluff, the Golden Eagles lost to Alexandria 11-25, 9-25, beat Gaston 25-16, 25-6 and beat Hokes Bluff 25-16.
