PIEDMONT — Cole Wilson and Dylan Oliver each hit three of Piedmont’s 10 3-pointers, and the Bulldogs beat Weaver 79-48 on Tuesday.

Oliver scored a team-high 15 points for Piedmont (4-0), and Wilson scored 13. Rollie Pinto added 14 points with two threes, and Colton Proctor scored 12 with one 3-pointer.

Weaver’s KeShawn Allen scored a game-high 16 points, and D.J. Marbury hit one three on the way to 12 points.

GLENCOE 69. ALEXANDRIA 62: Garrett Morgan hit four 3-pointers on the way to a team-high 24 points, and Glencoe head coach Ryan Chambless scored a victory against his alma mater.

Morgan scored 16 second-half points, including three of his 3-pointers.

Jayden Patton hit two threes en route to 15 points, and Wade Segrest hit two threes en route to 10 points.

Bryce Borntrager rounded out the Yellow Jackets’ scoring with nine points.

Alexandria’s Quendavion McDowell scored a game-high 26 points. Cole Wheeler hit two threes while scoring 12 points, and Jaylen Henderson hit two threes while scoring 11 points.

JACKSONVILLE 45, FORT PAYNE 39: Aaron Nixon hit three 3-pointers while scoring a team-high 14 points as Jacksonville won an in-school game.

Kamouri Harmon added 13 points, hitting nine of 11 free throws.

Coached by Jax State grad Robi Coker, Fort Payne got 12 points from J.J. Willoughby, 10 from Jackson Banks and nine from Aiden Rains.

HEWITT-TRUSSVILE 36, OXFORD 33: Jayden Lewis paced Oxford with 12 points, and Chris Latson added 10. Jaylen Alexander hit five of six free throws on the way to nine points.

Hewitt-Trussville’s Rashad Rolley scored a game-high 14 points.

CLEBURNE COUNTY 55, WOODLAND 43: Matthew Wilson led the Tigers with 16 points. Lyric Ware added 15, and Cavin Bates scored 11.

WHITE PLAINS 69, FAITH CHRISTIAN 46: Ethan Turner scored a game-high 19 points to lead three White Plains players in double figures. Will Graham added 14 points and Crew Marin 12,

Faith’s Parker Robertson matched Turner’s game-high 19 points, including one 3-pointer. Colton Reese hit a three and finished with 13 points.

Girls

PIEDMONT 63, WEAVER 41: Carson Young hit four 3-pointers on the way to a team-high 18 points, and Piedmont improved to 3–4.

She scored 10 points, including two threes, in the second quarter.

Josie Young hit a three on the way to 15 points, and Cayla Brothers added eight points.

Weaver’s Aaliyah Marks led all scorers with 20 points, including three 3-pointers. Kimora Miles scored 10 points.

WESTBROOK CHRISTIAN 69, OHATCHEE 63: Addi Hammantree scored a game-high 21 points, and Westbrook outlasted Ohatchee in two overtimes.

She hit four 3-pointers.

Raylee Neal hit four threes on the way to 14 points, and Ellison Stewart hit three threes while scoring 11 points.

The Warriors hit 14 threes overall.

Payten Walker led Ohatchee with 15 points. Tabi Davidson and Greenlee Orman added 11 apiece, and Davidson hit two threes.’

Lindsey Zurchin had 10 points with one three.

FORT PAYNE 60, JACKSONVILLE 46: Jayci Taylor hit two 3-pointers while leading Jacksonville with 15 points, and Alexis Phillips hit two threes on the way to 13 points.

Fort Payne got 13 points apiece from Zimri Craig and Libby Redden, and Anna-Kate Akins added 11 points.

SPRING GARDEN 61, NORTH SAND MOUNTAIN 58: Ace Austin scored 29 points with 15 rebounds and five assists, and Spring Garden overcame a 22-8 deficit after the first quarter.

Olivia Law added 17 points and five rebounds, and Kristen Lewis scored 10 points.
