Ganmaway celebrates milestone with another big night as JCA wins. Roberson posts triple-double in Ohatchee victory. Jacoway leads Centre past Piedmont. Handley tops Anniston in OT. PV falls in one-point game. JCA, Ranburne and Cherokee County girls victorious.

JACKSONVILLE — Jacksonville Christian’s Jesse Gannaway had a big night Friday and celebrated one from earlier this season.
He scored 29 points to lead the Thunder to an 87-51 victory over visiting Gaylesville. He also had five rebounds and five assists.
JCA coach Tommy Miller also presented Gannaway with his 1,000th-point commemorative ball. Gannaway passed the 1,000-point mark on Nov. 26, in a victory over Saks.
JCA (6-2) also got 25 points and 27 rebounds from Noah Lee on Friday. Lee also had five assists and three steals.
Bryson Dowdey added 18 points and 10 rebounds.
OHATCHEE 69, RANBURNE 38: Jake Roberson had quite a performance for Ohatchee, with 15 points, 12 rebounds and 11 blocks.
The Indians also got 14 points from Alston Carroll and 11 from Jayden Heard.
London Long and Seth McAdams led Ranburne with 11 points apiece.
CHEROKEE COUNTY 68, PIEDMONT 60: Owen Jacoway led Cherokee County, hitting four 3-pointers on the way to 20 points.
Tatum Perry hit five threes on the way to 17 points, and Tae Diamond added 11 points.
Piedmont’s Rollie Pinto scored a game-high 21 points. Colton Proctor turned in 20 points, and Taylon Swain added 12.
HANDLEY 66, ANNISTON 62: Elijah Stegall led Handley with 18 points, and the Tigers won in overtime.
Cordan Patterson added 12 points, all in the second half. Kristian Tucker and Daquavian Slaughter added 10 points apiece.
Christian Burton contributed nine points.
Anniston’s Kyree Lewis hit three 3-pointers and scored a game-high 22 points. Caleb Ackles added 19.
CEDAR BLUFF 53, PLEASANT VALLEY 52: Pleasant Valley’s Hunter Sparks scored a game-high 23 points, and Braxton Salster added 13.
Shon Gleen led Cedar Bluff with 15 points. Kuper Bradley added 11, and Hunter Stallings added 10.
Girls
JACKSONVILLE CHRISTIAN 43, GAYLESVILLE 4: Modasti Carr turned in 16 points and seven rebounds to lead JCA (5-3). She also had four steals.
The Thunder got eight points apiece from K.B. Hudson and Sophie Williams. Hudson added five rebounds, and Williams had five steals.
RANBURNE 51, OHATCHEE 30: Jadie Phillips led Ranburne with 15 points, and Brylee Bailey added 12 for Ranburne.
Payten Walker paced Ohatchee with 13 points, and Lindseyu Zurchin hit two threes on the way to eight points.
CHEROKEE COUNTY 50, PIEDMONT 25: Nevaeh Gaidurgis poured in 20 points to lead Cherokee County.
Deannia Starr added 11, and the Warriors got nine apiece from Brooklynn Bruce and Ellisan Givens.
Melanie Studdard led Piedmont with six points, and Jenna Duke added five.
