Weaver sweeps Wellborn, and Ohatchee sweeps Pleasant Valley. Jarrett leads the way as Spring Garden girls roll past Cedar Bluff.

WEAVER — Harper Williams poured in 25 points to go with seven steals, and Weaver’s boys rolled to an 86-53 victory over Wellborn on Monday at home.

Weaver also got a double-double from KeShawn Allen, who scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

Kaden Gooden and Junior Alllen hit three 3-pointers apiece, with Gooden scoring 13 points and Allen 11.

D.J. Marbury hit Weaver’s other 3-pointer and scored 12 points.

Wellborn got 20 points from Ray Williams, who hit two 3-pointers. Ollie Boot hit two threes and scored 16 points.

OHATCHEE 59, PLEASANT VALLEY 51: Jake Roberson hit two 3-pointers on the way to a team-high 19 points, and Ohatchee won on at home.

Brayden Collins hit three treys on the way to 18 points.

The Indians also got nine points from Jayden Heard and eight with two threes from Alston Carroll.

Pleasant Valley’s Hunter Sparks scored a game-high 20 points. Jake Barnwell added nine, and Braxton Salster added eight.

Girls

WEAVER 61, WELLBORN 14: Aliyah Marks scored a team-high 18 points to go with 11 steals as Weaver’s girls won at home.

Kimora Miles added 17 points to go with nine rebounds and five steals.

Weaver also got seven points, five steals and two assists from Addisyn Hammonds.

OHATCHEE 70, PLEASANT VALLEY 28: Emily Riddle’s 20 points led the way as Ohatchee got double figures from all five players who scored.

Greenlee Orman scored 16 points, followed by 12 from Payten Walker and 11 apiece from Tabi Davidson and Lindsey Zurchin, who hit all three of Ohatchee’s 3-pointers.

Lilly Robinson led Pleasant Valley with 11 points, including three treys. Ansley Dougal added eight points.

SPRING GARDEN 73, CEDAR BLUFF 24: Spring Garden’s Maggie Jarrett hit four of eight 3-point shots and scored a game-high 26 points.

Olivia Law added 18 points to go with seven assists and six rebounds, and Ace Austin contributed 15 points, eight assists and eight rebounds. Austin tied Kristen Lewis with a team-high four steals.
