Donoho girls win 10-0 in soccer, and Weaver boys and girls sweep. Ohatchee softball reaches 10 wins. Jacksonville and Pleasant Valley split. Hope Christian baseball rolls to second win. Central-Clay victorious.

ANNISTON — Anna Kate Wallace scored four goals, and top-ranked Donoho’s girls beat visiting Cherokee County 10-0 in Friday’s prep soccer action.
The Falcons’ Samantha Wakefield celebrated her birthday by matching Wallace’s four goals, and Donoho got a goal apiece from Sophia Sanders and Lauren Wiggly.
Donoho has scored 29 goals in four matches.
WEAVER BOYS 9, FAITH CHRISTIAN 0: Carsyn Pippin scored three goals to lead Weaver’s boys to victory.
Jacob Wrobel added a goal and three assists, and Uli Lazcano added a goal and two assists.
The Bearcats also got a goal apiece from Cisco Nira, Caleb Hotaling and Carson Holland. Goalkeeper Joe Vines had three saves.
WEAVER GIRLS 3, FAITH CHRISTIAN 0: Weaver’s Annalynna Canchucaja scored two goals, and Nya Johannson scored 1.
Josie Gochenouer was credited with an assist, and goalkeeper Paisley Quick had two saves.
Softball
OHATCHEE WINS TWO: Ohatchee scored two runs in the top of the fourth and fought off a three-run Jacksonville rally in the bottom of the inning to win 6-5 and improve to 10-2.
Earlier Friday, the Indians beat Ragland 6-0.
Alanah Fitch led the Ohatchee offense against Jacksonville, going 2-for-2 with a triple, two RBIs and a run. Tabi Davidson had a double, a run and an RBI, and A Keith doubled and scored a run.
Savannah Reaves singled, scored a run and drove in a run, and Lexi Thomas had a single and an RBI.
Thomas got the win, allowing nine hits and five earned runs with two strikeouts and one walk in 3 2/3 innings. Jordyn Faulkner came on in relief and struck out the final batter.
Jacksonville’s Sadee Pate-Whitfield went 2-for-2 with a double, two RBIs and a run, and Avery Allen was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs.
Raybon Pridgen singled with an RBI, and Ana Strain had a double and scored two runs.
Earlier Friday, Ohatchee got a two-hitter from Makayla Brackett against Ragland. She struck out five batters in four innings.
Reaves went 1-for-2 with two RBIs and a run, and Faulkner singled with two RBIs and a run. Fitch had a double and an RBI, and Mollee Barnes had a double with a run and an RBI.
JACKSONVILLE 6, RAGLAND 1: Avery Allen allowed four hits and one earned run with five strikeouts in four innings, and the Golden Eagles began their day by beating the Purple Devils. She also hit a triple with a run and an RBI.
Dailyn Wood went 3-for-3 with a triple, a run and an RBI, Sadee Pate-Whitfield went 2-for-2 with a double, a run and an RBI.
Lacey Barnes tripled and scored a run, and Raybon Pridgen hit a double. KeAsiah Williams added an RBI.
PLEASANT VALLEY SPLITS: The Raiders opened the day with a 10-9 loss to Etowah but responded with a 4-2 victory over West End-Walnut Grove.
Ava Washington had two RBIs against West End. Lily Henry had a double and RBI, and Alexa Cranmer had a single, a run and an RBI.
Cailey Almaroad tripled and scored a run, and Abby Evans doubled and scored a run.
Haylie Lee allowed seven hits, one walk and one earned run over seven innings. She struck out four batters.
Against Etowah, Elise Wheeler singled and had two RBIs. Almaroad doubled, scored two runs and had an RBI, and Cranmer doubled and scored two runs.
The Raiders also got a single, run and RBI apiece from Washington and Lilly Robinson.
Baseball
HOPE CHRISTIAN 14, CLAY COUNTY CHRISTIAN 1: Eli Bozeman homered and tied Easten Strickland and Cayden Slick for the team lead with three RBIs as Hope improved to 2-2.
Bozeman was 1-for-2 and scored two runs, Strickland 2-for-3 with a run and Slick 3-for-3 with two doubles and two runs.
Aziah Amberson went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs,
Slick, Amberson and Levi Franklin combined to pitch a five-inning no-hitter. Slick struck out five batters over two innings, Amberson four batters over two innings and Franklin two batters in one inning.
CENTRAL-CLAY 3, BENJAMIN RUSSELL 2: Eli Harris’ RBI single in the top of the seventh inning gave Central-Clay (4-5) the go-ahead run. He finished 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Tyler Boyd went 2-for-4 with two triples, an RBI and a run, and A Seale had a single and an RBI. J.T. Wilerson tripled and scored a run.
Wilkerson also got the win, allowing one hit and no runs with three walks and two strikeouts in four innings of work.
