Richardson homers as White Plains downs Spain Park in softball. Bozeman throws no-hitter as Hope Christian baseball makes it three wins in a row. Also, wins for Jacksonville, Pell City and Central-Clay softball, Central-Clay and Spring Garden baseball.

WHITE PLAINS — Callie Richardson went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs, and White Plains beat visiting Spain Park 7-3 in Monday’s high school softball action.
Carli Fritts went 3-for-4 with two doubles, and J Holt went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two RBIs and a run.
Sara-Kate Adams went 3-for-4 with two runs, and C Green had a single, two RBIs and a run.
Leighton Arnold pitched five innings for the win, allowing three hits and four walks but no earned runs with four strikeouts. Fritts pitched two innings, allowing one hit, two earned runs and two walks with one strikeout.
JACKSONVILLE 14, LINCOLN 11: Lacey Barnes went 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs and four runs as Jacksonville mounted 13 hits.
Harper Atchley had a triple and three RBIs, and Jaylen Huntley went 2-for-5 with a double, two runs and two RBIs.
Sadee Pate-Whitfield went 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run, and Dailyn Wood was 2-for-5 with a double and two runs.
Lincoln’s Paisley LaClair went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs, and Cameron Pruitt homered with two RBIs and two runs.
Addison Campbell went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Shelby Williams had a double and an RBI.
PELL CITY 15, OXFORD 5: Pell City’s Kensley Evans led a productive night for Pell City bats, going 2-for-2 with three RBIs and three runs.
The Panthers also got two RBIs apiece from Olivia Humphreys (1-for-5, double, three runs), Nyla Treptau (2-for-4, double, one run), Kherington Keith (3-for-3, home run, two runs) and Reese Tarver (2-for-3, one run).
Addison Simmons had a double, a run and an RBI.
Jayla Jackson led Oxford, with a double, two RBIs and a run. Madison Murphy went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI, and Haleigh Pruitt was 2-for-3 with an RBI. Charleigh Trotter had a single and RBI, and Emma Tims-Becerra went 2-for-3 with a double and a run.
CENTRAL-CLAY 6, WOODLAND 3: Lauryn Reed pitched a 3-hitter with five strikeouts and no walks, and the Vols improved to 6-3.
Addie Wesley went 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI, and Central-Clay got a double and RBI and Camdyn Pressley. Soccara Lopez had a single and RBI, and the Vols also got an RBI and a run from Lakelynn Karr.
Suraya Colburn had a single and scored two runs, and Ensleigh Giddens single and scored a run. Lily McCain went 2-for-3.
Woodland got two RBIs from Kinsley McDaniel, and Ella Waites went 1-for-4 with two runs.
Baseball
HOPE CHRISTIAN 11, HERITAGE CHRISTIAN 0: Eli Bozeman pitched a no-hitter, striking out 12 batters with one walk over five innings. He also went 1-for-4 with a run and an RBI as Hope won its third consecutive game.
Easten Strickland went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run, and Aziah Amberson had a double and two RBIs.
Kainen Bozeman had a triple and three runs, and Cayden Slick doubled with three runs and an RBI.
CENTRAL-CLAY 7, RANBURNE 6: Tyler Boyd went 3-for-4 with a double and a run, and Taylor Boyd went 2-for-3 with a run as Central-Clay held off Ranburne.
What proved to be the winning runs came in the top of the fifth inning. The Vols scored twice, one on Kaiden Glenn’s RBI single and when Hudson Foster reached on an error to score Glenn and make it 7-3.
Ranburne scored twice in the sixth, on Zaden Benefield’s sacrifice grounder and when Carson Jones reached an error, and closed within 7-6 with the help of three walks, a balk and an error in the seventh.
After issuing four one-out walks and a balk, Glenn settled down and struck out the final two batters.
Jones paced Ranburne at the plate, going 2-for-4 with an RBI.
SPRING GARDEN 11, VALLEY HEAD 1: Spring Garden’s Clayton Sadler and Hunter Parris combined to allow Valley Head two hits. Sadler worked three innings, allowing two hits and one earned run with seven strikeouts. Parris allowed no hits or runs and struck out two batters in two innings.
Hayes Garmon led the Panthers at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs. Dawson Ellzey had a single and two RBIs.
Carson Bostick went 3-for-4 with three doubles, a run and an RBI, and Zane Edwards doubled, scored two runs and had an RBI.
